Instructions following a meeting with families, finalists of the Our Family national competition, part of the In the Family Circle project

The Government of the Russian Federation shall review issues of amending legislation in order to effect monthly payments to individuals caring for disabled children and people
disabled since childhood of Group 1, regardless of their mutual kinship. It
shall stipulate annual payments for large families ahead of Day of Family, Love
and Faithfulness and produce a cycle of TV shows about the life of large
families, including those involving finalists and winners of the In the Family
Circle competition. It shall create a mechanism for supporting socially
significant initiatives of the school and parent community aiming to preserve
and consolidate traditional Russian spiritual and moral values among children.
The Government of the Russian Federation and the autonomous non-profit organisation Russia – Land of Opportunity shall organise the annual Our Family competition, part of the In the Family Circle project and finance it from the federal budget.
The Russian Ministry of Transport and regional executive agencies shall provide support in organising
national, interregional and regional amateur sports competitions involving
families, for the most part.
The executive agencies
of the Russian Federation’s regions are advised to study the issue of establishing a relevant infrastructure catering to families with preschool
children at road service facilities on interregional and federal motorways,
with the support of the concerned state corporations and organisations of the fuel and energy sector.
