This is the Clipmaster, model 104379 from Oster.  It is a set of single speed electric horse clippers (
Any horse will do for these.  You don't need a single speed electric horse
).  They are in used condition and need a good cleaning.  They smell like they have been fairly decently maintained over the years, and come as shown; with the clippers themselves, a cleaning brush, an unopened tube of mineral oil based clipper oil, and some assorted extra blades.  In other words, what you see is what you get.  I do not know if the other blades need sharpening or not.
