These are the small/medium size horse ear plugs, that are "furry" and seem to be the best "tolerated" for most! (Personal opinion!) These do not tug on the horses' sensitive ear hairs like some of the foam styles do.
These have strings long enough to loop through your headstall, and not loose them!
