INDEMNIFICATION:
Buyer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless and defend Seller of and from any and all claims, liabilities and damages from any accidents or other incidents involving the goods described herein.
If sold with an MDNA 30-Day Return Privilege, we will accept any
machinery and equipment, freight prepaid, for refund of the purchase price if proven mechanically unsatisfactory; or repair at dealer's option.
